Sales Specialist – Needed


Overview

Shamseya is a social enterprise founded in 2012 in Egypt. The primary focus of Shamseya is to solve healthcare challenges while placing actual and potential patients at the center of healthcare decision-making.
Shamseya provides customized healthcare and management solutions for developmental projects and businesses alike.

Purpose of the position

Shamseya as part of its management solutions crafts products and systems which help businesses (Healthcare field mainly and others) listen better to their customers.
Putting the customer in the center of the service aims at improving their performance, enhancing quality of service and boost the facility revenues.

Shamseya is looking for a sales specialist to be part of its products management team.

The recruited manager should show the skills and competences that would enable him/her to meet sales targets and KPIs.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1- Active participation in design and implementation of the sales plans of different Shamseya products.
2 – Mobilize the different technical teams from Shamseya to meet the sales targets and KPIs.
3- Run the daily sales activities ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.


Your profile

1 – Have a practical experience and / or a relevant degree in sales.
2 – Seeking a challenging position
3 – Have a confident and enthusiastic approach
4 – Ability to work independently in a wide range of assignments/tasks with great agility and flexibility.
5 – Organized and detail-oriented with good analytical skills to run day-to-day operations.
6 – Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
7 – Strong presentation and communication skills.
8 – Skilled at software which perform the different functions of microsoft office.
9 – Flexible and able to multitask.
10- Precise, efficient and capable of problem solving.
Experience related to the healthcare sector is an asset but not a requirement.
