Shamseya is a non-for-profit company with the main aim of generating innovative healthcare solutions, that are based on participatory research and evidence-based practices.
Shamseya’s functions are assembled to suffice the community and healthcare industry needs. In addition, Shamseya perpetuates its ideas lab to continuously promote inception and application of novel notions, thereby addressing the prevalent healthcare challenges.
Despite emerging technologies and new advancements in healthcare, the associated costs are on a continuous rise which, in Egypt, does not necessarily translate into improved service quality. We at Shamseya are driven by the motivation to solve this challenge.
The team comprises health professionals and scientists, dedicated to restructuring the way healthcare is perceived in Egypt, primarily by switching the top-down healthcare approach to a bottom-up one, that considers patients as the center of healthcare and health service delivery.
